MUST HAVE a minimum of 3+ years experience of Administration experience with a focus in Ontario Residential Real Estate.

The Experience You Bring:

A minimum of 3+ years of Administration experience with a focus in Ontario Residential Real Estate.

Requirements:

Your own working equipment (computer, printer, phone, strong internet connection)

You have strong working knowledge of Webforms, Stratus/Matrix and Digital Signing

You are comfortable working within different Real Estate CRM’s

You know and use Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud storage programs

You are computer literate & can learn new programs easily

You have quick response time to inquiries

Responsibilities of Virtual Administrator

You will work with Real Estate Sales Professionals/Teams as part of their team on Contract

You will help them where needed to run their business

You will communicate efficiently and effectively

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
