Yes. Our exclusive focus is real estate. That is our specialty. We do not service any other industry. We know, live, and love the business of real estate. We can support individual salespersons, teams, and brokerages.

Yes, the Rover can buy supplies. We will include the total amount in your invoice.
We only hire locally. Thus, avoiding having to overcome any language barriers, dealing with different time zones and fragile tech connections.
Less work for you. Better organization of your business. More face-to-face time with your clients and more time doing the things you love.

This starts with filling out an agent consultation form and booking a discovery call with. We then get to know you, and your business, during the discovery call to better determine how Red Rover can best help you. From there we will facilitate the initial meeting(s) with your Rover and organize how communication and work will be done.
A contract is a 3-month minimum. After that you just need to give one month’s notice.
You cannot put your Rover contract on hold. As a rule, in general we do not pause contracts. As stated in your contract, we require 1 months’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This is our policy which enables us enough time to assign a new contract to the Rover, so they don’t lose any income.
No we do not.
You probably don’t need a full-time assistant and hiring a part time assistant on your own is very difficult as most people need full-time hours and, let’s be honest, most people don’t share so well. This way you are only paying for a minimum number of hours, and you don’t have an assistant sitting around twiddling their thumbs.
So you don’t have to comb through resumes and countless hours of interviews. Our Rovers are trained and understand the industry: you will have minimal to no time spent on training. In addition, there are no painful payroll taxes, expenses, and processes for you to navigate.
We hire local experienced Executive Administrators. Proper support from an entire team. 100% tax deductible.
First: You get what you pay for! Second: Hiring on salary costs a lot more than you think in the long term when you consider CPP, EI, holidays, vacation and lastly the time to rehire, and train when you have turnover. Third: We offer years of experience. Fourth: We give you a safety net to prevent the hiring, training, leaving cycle.
Based on an average Real Estate Professional’s value of $200/hour @ 10 hours of work per week administration costs you $2000 a week.
A Rover is $40/hour @ 10 hours a week = $400
$2000/week of your time vs. $400/week of Red Rover time = $1600 SAVINGS!
The better question is…What are you going to do with all that extra money on hand?
Once you've chosen the package that's right for you, we'll guide you through a structured onboarding process designed to set both you and your Rover up for success.
Here's what you can expect:
Audit: We'll meet with you to learn about your business, current systems, workflows, pain points, and goals so we can understand exactly how we can best support you.
Set Up For Success Build-Out: We'll document your processes, preferences, and standard operating procedures so you have a fully running portal for yourself and your Rover.
Rover Matching: We'll carefully pair you with a Rover based on your business needs, required skill set, software experience, and personality fit.
Setting the Stage: Before your Rover begins, we'll walk you through best practices, communication expectations, and how to delegate effectively to ensure a smooth working relationship.
Introduction: Finally, we'll introduce you to your Rover, review your priorities together, and get everyone aligned so work can begin with confidence.
From there, your Rover becomes an extension of your business, with ongoing support from Red Rover’s Success Team to ensure everything continues running smoothly and you’re getting an excellent return on your investment.
Your weekly package is managed by both your Rover and our Success Team, so you don't have to worry about adding that management onto your plate.
Your Rover will typically spread your package evenly throughout the week, while remaining flexible to accommodate changing priorities, deadlines, or busier days. Whether you need more support on certain days or less on others, we'll adjust as needed to best support your business.
Your Rover is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we'll proactively manage your package to ensure you're getting the most value from your support. If we ever notice your workload consistently exceeds your package, we'll reach out to discuss options and make recommendations of package adjustments.
Absolutely! We understand that your business needs evolve, and your package can evolve with it.
Whether you're looking for additional support or would like to reduce your package, we're happy to help you find the option that best fits your business. We only require 30 days' notice for any package changes so we can properly plan coverage and ensure a smooth transition for both you and your Rover.
If you're unsure which package is right for your current workload, our Success Team is always happy to provide recommendations and help you determine the best fit.
One of the biggest benefits of working with Red Rover is that you're supported by an entire team, not just one person.
If your Rover is away due to illness, vacation, or an unexpected emergency, our Success Team will work with you to ensure your business continues to run smoothly. Depending on the length of the absence, the urgency of your workload, and the level of support you require, we'll create a customized coverage plan that best fits your needs.
Whether that means providing temporary coverage for critical tasks, arranging support from another experienced Rover, or adjusting priorities until your Rover returns, we'll communicate with you every step of the way. Our goal is to minimize disruption so you can continue focusing on your business with confidence.
Our Success Team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST to support you every step of the way.
Whether you have questions, feedback, new projects, need help prioritizing tasks, want to discuss your package, or simply need guidance, we're just an email, call, or message away. Our Success Team works closely with both you and your Rover to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you're getting the most value from your partnership with Red Rover.
Think of us as an extension of your business - we're here to help whenever you need us.
Your Rover will usually go 15-30 minutes over their scheduled weekly package to wrap up a task, finish a project, or avoid leaving something half-complete.
We find it's often more efficient to spend a few extra minutes finishing the task than stopping exactly when the weekly package is reached and having to pick it back up the following week. This helps maintain momentum and allows your Rover to work more efficiently.
More substantial overages (typically an hour or more) will always be discussed with you in advance, and your Rover will request your approval before exceeding their scheduled hours.
Every Red Rover is carefully selected through a comprehensive hiring process to ensure they meet our standards before ever being matched with a client.
We look for exceptional executive assistant and real estate administration experience, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Every Rover is assessed on their technical knowledge, software proficiency, organization, and overall ability to support a fast-paced real estate business.
Only candidates who meet our expectations and demonstrate the professionalism, reliability, and expertise we expect from a Red Rover join our team. This allows us to confidently match you with someone who is equipped to become a seamless extension of your business.
Each Rover completes:
Resume review
Skills assessment
Email communication assessment
CRM/software assessment
Rapid fire questions about standard Real Estate paperwork
Hypothetical questions on how they would handle different situations in Real Estate
Comprehensive interview
Reference checks
During our busier hiring periods, we receive up to 300 applications in a single week. From those, it's common for only one or two candidates to successfully make it through our screening, skills assessments, interviews, and reference checks to become a Red Rover.
We're intentionally selective because we believe our clients deserve more than standard support. We aim to deliver a highly skilled and reliable professional who can confidently support your business from day one.

Your package billing begins once you've been paired with your Rover and they officially start supporting your business. Invoices are issued via email on a bi-weekly basis and payment is due upon receipt.
You have the option to pay by credit card (with all major credit cards accepted, including Mastercard and American Express) with a 2.5% processing fee, or by e-transfer with all payments to be transferred to contact@callredrover.com.
For any billing or invoice-related questions, please email contact@callredrover.com.
Your Rover is responsible for fulfilling your weekly package and proactively managing their workload to ensure you're getting the most value from your support. (The only exception is if your Rover is away and a customized coverage plan has been arranged with our Success Team.)
If your Rover notices they're lighter than expected during the week and anticipates needing additional work, they'll reach out proactively to see if there are any projects, ideas, or administrative tasks they can help with.
Not sure what to delegate? No problem. Your Rover and our Success Team are always happy to suggest ways to add value. From organizing your CRM and improving systems to database clean-up, client follow-up, process documentation, and business-building projects, we're always looking for ways to help move your business forward.
No problem! If you have a particularly busy week, a large project, or simply need some extra support, your Rover can absolutely work beyond your weekly package.
There's no need to increase your package or pay a premium rate for occasional additional support. Any work completed beyond your weekly package will simply be added to your next invoice at our standard rate of $40/hour.
The most successful client-Rover relationships typically include:
Regular communication
Clear expectations
Consistent feedback
Documented processes
Delegating early and often
Treating your Rover as part of your team
Remember, the more context your Rover has, the more proactive they can become.
Every Rover is expected to:
Be available & responsive during working hours in a timely manner (typically within 15-30 minutes when available)
Provide daily End-of-Day (EOD) updates outlining completed tasks, pending items, and goals
Keep project boards and assigned systems up to date
Communicate proactively if they have questions or encounter blockers
Rovers are expected to reach out with tentative deadlines as to when tasks will be completed once they are assigned to them
We recommend using a shared project management system to assign and track tasks. Our preferred platform is Trello - it's what we use internally, and all of our Rovers are already familiar with it, making onboarding and collaboration even smoother. If you already use another platform, such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or a similar tool, we're happy to work within your existing systems. For recurring processes, we also recommend documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) so your Rover can complete tasks more independently and consistently over time.

Our support doesn't stop after onboarding. Our Success Team is here to ensure you and your Rover continue to have a successful, long-term partnership.
We've created a strategic check-in schedule based on key milestones throughout your journey with Red Rover. These check-ins are designed to gather feedback, answer questions, celebrate wins, and ensure we're continuously providing the highest level of support.
We understand that real estate can be unpredictable, so if you're busy when we reach out, no problem! We're always happy to reschedule. That said, we do place a strong emphasis on connecting during these scheduled check-ins, as your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.
In addition to supporting you, our Success Team tracks a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure the success of your partnership. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us understand what's working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure both you and your Rover continue to have a positive, productive experience.
Outside of scheduled check-ins, our Success Team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Whether you have questions, feedback, new priorities, or simply need an extra hand, we're always here to help.
