Please note: we only hire applicants with real estate administrative experience. This does not include exclusive law clerk or conveyancing experience unless it is paired with substantial real estate admin work. Please note that when we refer to real estate administrative experience, we mean roles where an individual directly supports a real estate agent, team, or brokerage. This includes responsibilities such as preparing listing paperwork, managing offers, and coordinating with clients

This is a full-time contract position, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. We do not offer part-time, evening, or weekend hours.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of Real Estate Administrative experience in Ontario (required)
  • 1+ years of executive assistance/administrative support experience (optional)
  • Strong background in managing real estate paperwork; experience with CREA WEBForms® or SkySlope is a strong asset
  • Efficient and confident use of MLS®/PropTx (Matrix™ and/or REALM®)
  • CRM experience for managing contacts, action plans, and automated campaigns
  • Extremely proactive, polished, and professional communication
  • Expected to be responsive and communicate Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM EST
  • A fully equipped, professional home office
  • A passion for real estate operations and a love for supporting others

Position Details:

  • Type: Independent Contractor
  • Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Hours: Standard expectation of 30–40 hours/week
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST


This is a plug-and-play position requiring substantial real estate administrative experience and minimal to no training.
If you do not meet the real estate admin experience requirement, we will not be moving forward.
